The Value Chains Catalyst Group aims to enable public and private sector financial institutions to play a more effective role in enabling and incentivizing sustainable business practices in the food sector.

The Value Chains Catalyst Group explores innovative approaches to incentivizing food and agricultural value chain investments, overcoming the barriers companies face in adopting more sustainable practices.

The Value Chains Catalyst Group is shaping the role of public and private sector finance in enabling and incentivizing sustainable business practices and exploring solutions to overcome barriers to investments in sustainable food systems.
We focus on:
  1. Building knowledge through peer exchange, wide consultations and production of reports;
  2. Developing tools to guide companies and public and private sector financial institutions on co-financing sustainable business practices;
  3. Advocacy to amplify the findings and promote solutions for action on sustainable food systems.
